摘要: Abstract Variations in spectral emissivity of Usibor® 1500P steel during a two-step austenitization and two different heating atmospheres, argon air, are measured in-situ using near infrared spectrometer ex-situ with Fourier transform reflectometer. Phase transformations the Al–Si coating surface oxidation lead to changes phase composition roughness, which turn influence emissivity. In first step at 610 °C, abrupt increase air is due transformation metallic into Al 7 Fe 2 Si intermetallic an roughness. Through second 900 °C, progressive decrease soak time caused by from 5 AlFe contrast, oxidization roughness significantly increases after minutes soaking air. Linear relationships between 15 μm established for aluminum Al–Fe–Si surface, latter result demonstrates strong dependency on
