摘要: Abstract In the U.S., over 72% of total generated power is consumed by commercial and residential buildings. Among a building's envelope, system, control, which significantly influence energy performance, facade major parametric element that accounts for 70% its performance. Compared with internal mechanical system operation schedule, features information relatively easy to obtain from visual aspects building. By adopting several key attributes, customized use intensity baseline model can be considering building design features. Therefore, instead using traditional complicated simulation methods, mathematical established estimate EUI baselines based on sufficient existing practices data. national performance survey, data such as CBECS usage are collected large database provide guidance new or renovation projects. Unfortunately, averaged too aggregated generic identify specific conditions each category in climate condition. this research, vision-based prediction was developed consumption simplified attribute weather conditions. Data about features, including orientation, area, window-to-wall ratio, volume, surface-to-volume etc., were along public disclosure. A model, dataset, function This approach will more realistic estimation tool calculating an enable real-time monitoring management target
