摘要: A microsomal cell fraction derived from the intimal-medial layer of rabbit aorta takes up calcium in presence magnesium and adenosine triphosphate. The rate uptake is slower than that observed skeletal muscle microsomes. Uptake by mitochondria even more limited and, unlike uptake, inhibited azide.
