摘要: We have irradiated YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-δ single crystals with electrons of energy E ranging from 0.1 to 2.4 MeV. From the measurements T c reduction rate, -ΔT =-d(ΔT )/d(Φt) Φt irradiation fluence, we clearly evidenced for first time influence both copper and oxygen defects on critical temperature. The analysis data, using calculated displacement cross-sections, allows us extract values threshold atoms that evaluated as 10 15 eV respectively. show effects nothing do removal effects. However, induced decrease seems be due a pair breaking effect suggested Zn doped samples. On this subject, bring experimental evidence which shows classical Abrikosov-Gorkov depairing mechanism by magnetic impurities is not appropriate explain either or substitution ones
