Theoretical and experimental study of recycling in high-performance liquid chromatography

摘要: Abstract Optimal recycling would demand zero extra-column band broadening connections, but it can be shown that under realistic conditions, even far from the optimal, resolution is always increased if cycle number sufficiently large. However, this limited by condition first eluted peak should not re-mix with last one. For reason, of complex mixtures without fraction collection very limited, impossible, potential a mixture two closely compounds excellent. In such case, shows well known advantages in pressure and column length over one-cycle systems giving identical analysis time. It also displays interesting time dilution working at same pressure. Experimental characteristics analytical conditions Water M6000 pump preparative an Orlita MS 15-7-7 are given compared calculated results.
