摘要: This research evaluated the influence of different washing treatments (i.e., tap water, ozone, microbubbles, and ozone combined with microbubbles) on post-harvest decay chestnuts (Castanea crenata ‘Tsukuba’) during storage. Overall, microbubbles significantly reduced frequency associated microbial populations (aerobic bacteria, mold/filamentous fungi, yeasts) storage compared traditional practice (tap water washing). Enhancing efficacy chestnut will contribute to improved high-quality chestnuts.
