摘要: Understanding gene organization in plants is a key goal of researchers seeking to unravel the complexities genotype that lead particular phenotype. Similarly, plant breeders need know location and relationships between genes so they can determine how manipulate linkage blocks best way produce superior recombinants. Up 1980’s, progress mapping was limited assembling information on morphological mutants, major disease resistance some protein isozyme markers. Generally, studies were relatively few classical F2, F3 or backcross populations results amalgamated composite maps such as those barley (Wettstein-Knowles, 1992). Considerable made this manner but value many markers deleterious mutants not found commercially relevant germplasm.
