摘要: We present a comparison of the photovoltaic activity organic solar cells (OPVs) based on vacuum-deposited and solvent-annealed titanyl phthalocyanine (TiOPc) donor layers with C60 as electron acceptor, where TiOPc layer exists in three different polymorphic forms: included “as-deposited” form, Q-band absorbance spectrum reminiscent phase I polymorph, films subjected to solvent annealing which systematically increased fraction either II (α-phase) or III (γ-TiOPc) polymorphs. As-deposited TiOPc/C60 heterojunctions showed open-circuit photopotentials (VOC) ca. 0.65 V, estimated AM 1.5G efficiencies 1.4%. Partial conversion these thin their polymorphs significantly enhanced short-circuit photocurrent (JSC), result (i) texturing (ca. 100 nm length scales) (ii) enhancements near-IR absorptivity/photoelectrical activity. All heterojunctions, cha...
