摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties two extracts from a new Chinese accession (G-309) Cannabis sativa L. (Δ9 -tetrahydrocannabinol <0.2%) with high content propyl side chain phytocannabinoids. Dried flowering tops, as such after hydrodistillation essential oil, were extracted acidic hexane produce extract 1 (CChHE1) 2 (CChHE2), respectively. phytochemical profile CChHE1 CChHE2 investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) liquid chromatography-diode array detector-electrospray ionization-tandem mass (LC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS) analyses. assessed several in vitro cell-free assays. activity evaluated against Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria yeast Candida albicans. Phytochemical analyses highlighted cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA) tetraydrocannabivarinic (THCVA) CChHE1, cannabidivarin (CBDV) tetraydrocannabivarin (THCV) CChHE2. Both showed remarkable strong (MIC 39.06 MBC 39.06-78.13 μg/ml) both ATCC methicillin-resistant clinical strains Staphylococcus aureus. In conclusion, standardized C. could be promising for their possible use novel antibacterial agents treatment widespread S. aureus infections.
