摘要: The oral administration of the water extract Ginseng Radix (GR) to normal and epinephrine-induced hyperglycemic mice caused a significant decrease in blood glucose level 4 h after its administration. hepatic content facilitative transporter isoform 2, liver type (GLUT2) protein from mouse significantly increased orally GR-treated compared that controls. These results suggest hypoglycemic activity GR is presumably due, at least part, increment GLUT2 content.
