摘要: One-directional grain-oriented lead metaniobate ceramics were obtained by a combination of molten salt synthesis and two-stage hot-pressing. The powder characterization the microstructural, dielectric piezoelectric properties measured are discussed here. Long needle-shaped powders prepared at 1050°C for 5h using KCl flux, crystal structure was orthorhombic. Anisotropies about 4 times in permittivities coupling factors found between directions parallel perpendicular to hot-pressing direction uniaxially ceramics.
