摘要: PLA-hemp-nanosilica composites were prepared by a film stacking method, using hot compaction in heated press with interspersed layers of hemp fibre. Dynamic mechanical properties measured modulated force thermomechanometry (mf-TM) showed that the storage modulus increased increase filler loading due to increasing restriction mobility polymer molecule. The loss and tan(?) contrast an opposite trend. Thermal property was assessed differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). DSC results determined rate, temperature low melting peak increased. Double behaviour appeared heating curve when slower rate. Nano-silica promoted small imperfect crystals changed successively into more stable through melt-recrystallization process.
