摘要: A catalytic methodology is reported that enables the efficient, operationally simple and environmentally friendly synthesis of diverse 1,4-dihydropyridines 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones, including some relevant drugs pharmacologically active derivatives. This strategy based on use a 3D printed Al2O3 woodpile material was sintered to generate rigid structure with controlled porosity noteworthy performance. The catalyst exhibits remarkable efficacy as Lewis acid in Biginelli Hantzsch reactions it can be recovered reused ten times without any decrease activity. Remarkable E factors, excellent recyclability scalability, broad substrate scope, short reaction times, yields, solvent-free conditions easy isolation procedures are key features this methodology.
