摘要: Bismuth Sodium Titanate (BNT) has been investigated widely in terms of phase transitions, dielectric, piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties. The first transition temperature this material is about 220/spl deg/C. However, doped with Pb gives a higher dielectric constant lower temperature. properties structure xPbTiO/sub 3/-(1-x) Bi/sub 0.5/Na/sub 0.5/TiO/sub 3/ solid solution are investigated. boundary system between 15-17%Pb. also decreases the broadness BNT response. Modifications cations such as K/sup +/ La/sup 3+/ 10%Pb were studied broadened transitions.
