摘要: The generation of human PAF was examined using purified neutrophils from normal and CGD donors. release occurred in response to all the neutrophil stimuli examined, including PMA calcium ionophore A23187, which initiate relatively selective specific granule constituents. dissociable degranulation by 1) lack correlation between titers extent enzyme for different stimuli, 2) strict dependence on presence extracellular Ca++, 3) kinetics enzymes, 4) ability significantly depleted azurophil constituents levels when stimulated with opsonized zymosan. also normal, if not elevated, patients chronic granulomatous disease, demonstrating that formation does depend upon an intact superoxide generating pathway.
