摘要: The use of hormones as one the therapies is increasingly prevalent at this time, there are many uses obtained by hormone therapy such preventing miscarriage in pregnant women or a contraceptive. It was reported that contraceptive most used method compared to other methods. Diethylstilbestrol (DES) synthetic estrogen useful replacement therapy. However, DES can also trigger abnormal cell growth will develop into cervical cancer. This study conducted analyze effect on p53 gene expression and caspase-3 levels. P53 cancer suppressor caspase 3 plays vital role process apoptosis. post-test design vivo experiment animal model which induced with doses 1500 μgram / BB days age after birth, then observed 35 days. results showed significant decrease between DES-induced animals models DES-uninduced p-value = <0.05. Thus, it concluded has given 3-day-old evaluate 35-days-old decreasing
