摘要: Since both adenosine and cAMP affect sperm motility metabolism, the authors have studied mode of interaction with adenylate cyclase activity in either presence or absence 15 mM caffeine. In general, structural analogs containing alterations purine structure produce little no inhibition, whereas ribose are effective inhibitors. Cyclic AMP caffeine also inhibit enzyme activity. The kinetics inhibition most closely resemble linear noncompetitive type. Adenosine is a more inhibitor Mn2+ rather than Mg2+, at higher metal ion concentrations. These observations consistent P-site cyclase.
