摘要: ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine the effects a 10 week contrast training (CT) programme (isometric + plyometric) on jumping, sprinting abilities and agility performance in prepubertal basketball players. Fifty-eight children from academy (age: 8.72 ± 0.97 years; body mass index: 17.22 ± 2.48 kg/m2) successfully completed study. Participants were randomly assigned experimental groups (EG, n = 30) control (CG, n = 28). The CT included group’s sessions – twice week as part their usual weekly regime. This 3 exercises: 1 isometric 2 plyometric. Jumping, assessed before after programme. Significant differences found posttest between EG CG sprint T-test: showed better results than CG. Furthermore, there significant posttest-pretest squat jump, countermovement ...
