摘要: Abstract Several molecularly-imprinted polymers binding the herbicide 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T) were prepared with a molar ratio between functional monomer and template molecule in pre-polymerisation mixture set 1+2 20+1. The used was 4-vinylpyridine (4-VP), cross-linker ethylene dimethacrylate, porogenic solvent of methanol–water 3+1 (v/v). obtained grinded, sieved packed 100 mm ×3.9  mm HPLC columns. effects mobile phase composition evaluated by eluting columns acetonitrile–water mixtures. results indicate that column capacity, selectivity factor imprinting effect are controlled ion-pair hydrophobic interactions analyte stationary phase. In full range ratios considered, inversely proportional to monomer.
