摘要: During recent decades more details regarding the pathology of gynecological sarcomas have become known; this is reflected in detailed classification uterine Table 13.1, taken from interesting review on by Clement and Scully (1981). However, for gynecologist radiotherapist working hospital it has difficult to classify individual cases according such systems or schemes. Nevertheless, appears important discover specific about characteristics different subtypes sarcomas, especially as might therapeutic consequences. Following will focus three most frequently observed sarcomas: leiomyosarcomas, endometrial stromal mixed mullerian mesodermal tumors, latter including adenosarcomas.
