摘要: The first attempt at standardization in the evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis was reported by Steinbrocker 1949. Subsequently, Kellgren late 1950s, Sharp 1971, and Larsen 1973 detailed techniques for semiquantitative radiographic changes indicated that joint films may be most accurate reproducible basis assessing severity progression arthritis. High-resolution magnification radiography, achieved optical fine-grain film or direct magnification, has proved particularly valuable reliable sensitive articular abnormalities Studies have supported clinical usefulness these early A approach recently used a multicenter trial is illustrated herein.
