摘要: We made a bacteriological diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis in 107 132 (81%) adults with clinical meningitis: acid-fast bacilli were seen 77 (58%) and cultured from 94 (71%). Volume cerebrospinal fluid, duration symptoms, fluid neutrophils, lactate, glucose all independently associated confirmation.
