摘要: Abstract PURPOSE: To determine the reproducibility over time of visual estimates horizontal cup/disk ratio by trained technicians from optic disk stereophotographs. METHODS: Baseline stereophotographs are graded at entry and regraded annually in a masked fashion. The 1,636 participants Ocular Hypertension Treatment Study (OHTS) undergo stereoscopic photography study thereafter. Stereophotographs independently two Optic Disc Reading Center. If readers’ differ more than 0.2 diameters (DD), they attempt to reach consensus; if cannot, is adjudicated glaucoma specialist. RESULTS: percent regradings differing DD or estimate made was 4%, 6%, 7%, respectively years 1, 2, 3. 1% less all years. Intraclass correlation coefficients were 0.93, 0.92, respectively. Estimates sequential full-frame photographs simultaneous split-frame appeared comparable equally reproducible. Gradings gradings specialists. CONCLUSIONS: High between repeated baseline achieved adhering rigorous protocol. Horizontal measurements OHTS sufficiently reproducible provide information about relationship prognosis individuals with ocular hypertension.
