摘要: Numerous studies have explored the effects of transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) - including anodal direct current (a-tDCS), cathodal (c-tDCS), alternative (tACS), random noise (tRNS) and pulsed (tPCS) on corticospinal excitability (CSE) in healthy populations. However, efficacy these techniques their optimal parameters for producing robust results has not been studied. Thus, aim this systematic review was to consolidate knowledge about various a-tDCS, c-tDCS, tACS, tRNS tPCS CSE primary motor cortex (M1) people. Leading electronic databases were searched relevant published between January 1990 February 2017; 126 articles identified, extracted analysed using RevMan software. The meta-analysis showed that a-tDCS application dominant side significantly increases (P < 0.01) is dependent density duration application. Similar obtained M1 non-dominant (P = 0.003). reduce after 24 h (P = 0.006). Meta-analysis also revealed significant reduction following c-tDCS (P < 0.001) (P = 0.03) (P = 0.01). tACS only when frequency ≥140 Hz. This provides evidence tES substantial individuals a range stimulus parameters.
