摘要: Capillary electrophoresis with electrochemical detection in 2- and 5-micron capillaries has been developed to study ultrasmall biological environments. Sample volumes as low 270 fL have injected into the capillary subattomole limits for easily oxidized species. We applied this method analysis of single cell cytoplasm. Sampling cytoplasm is accomplished by inserting one end directly a nerve cell. The high-voltage etched hydrofluoric acid form microinjector. This injection scheme represents an improvement over those previously used similar applications. excellent selectivity demonstrated catecholamine indolamine neurotransmitters their metabolites found invertebrate system, pond snail Planorbis corneus.
