摘要: Abstract In this work, Nafion ionomer was prepared by a dissolution method in high pressure-temperature autoclave reactor using membrane sources. Zirconia nanoparticles were synthesized the microwave assisted gel combustion method. The characterized XRD and FESEM, then added to solution prepare recast nanocomposite membranes (R-Nafion/ZrO 2 ) with different loading of ZrO nanoparticles. Membranes recasting terms water uptake, dimensional stability, ionic conductivity, chemical stability (Fenton test), tensile strength, scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. obtained results for compared filler-free commercial membranes. showed higher mechanical oxidative stabilities hygroscopic zirconia resulted proton conductivity at temperatures comparison pure membrane. defect free, dense microstructure, good dispersion membranes’ matrix. illustrated have physicochemical electrochemical properties PEMFC applications.
