摘要: The United Kingdom is leading Europe in its power market reforms and currently engaged addressing issues of DG integration through development innovative approaches to network planning, operation, regulation, pricing. This article draws on these recent advances explore active management technologies, developing regulatory arrangements for new commercial opportunities emerging from the low-carbon climate change agenda. It explores changing role distribution system operator (DSO) response increasing penetration identifies transitions taking place toward that has wider implications extrapolation across Europe.
