摘要: Abstract Pluripotency and nuclear reprogramming, natural events in animal development, are controlled by intrinsic extrinsic factors. Intrinsic regulators include cell cycle dynamics, chromatin structure, the pluripotent transcriptional regulatory network, which is governed a small number of transcription factors microRNA transcripts. Extrinsic located stem niche, regulates homeostasis according to shape, position embryo, access growth extracellular matrix proteins, they provide necessary cell–cell interactions. Aspects niche independently regulate via factor signaling. This regulation genetic process vivo can be induced exposing somatic cells vitro that promote or it may nonautonomous
