摘要: A study was undertaken of the incidence maternal and child mortality during 1977 at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya. It noted that while obstetric emergency referrals to hospital from district provincial hospitals country accounted for 3% total deliveries they constituted 59% cases. table presents reasons referral.
