摘要: Elemental analysis using X-ray fluorescence had its beginnings in the early 1900s with discovery of characteristic line spectra. One earliest uses technique was to determine elemental composition mineral samples. During last 15 years, much progress has been made detection and systems, so that techniques are being used many different fields. Modern applications include analyzing environmental pollutants near urban industrial areas, commercial products for impurities, determining constituents geological archaeological samples, as well field criminology. In recent received attention from medical community because usefulness concentrations naturally occurring trace elements changes these due pathological conditions, detecting deliberately introduced into body tracers.
