摘要: This study examines the influence of perceived ethics and corporate reputation on performance leather industry in context Nigeria. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from industries Kano North-West The structural equation modelling (SEM) with partial least square modelling. However, as predicted, path coefficient results support direct reputation, which found be significant organisational performance. In contrast, not may indicate that although businesses Nigeria quickly understand circumstances adopting ethical action practices, concern social practices is still deficient, particularly industry. theoretical practical implications these findings are discussed.
