摘要: Abstract Precise estimation of Creatinine (CRE) is an indispensable analysis used in the clinical settings for early stage detection kidney dysfunction. In present work, we described non-enzymatic serum CRE using ellipsoidal nanostructured Fe2O3 integrated polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposite sensor platform. Hydrothermally derived was distributed on PANI matrices to form supramolecular via simple oxidative polymerization method. The coordinated composite showed better complex formation ability towards with improved active surface area and charge transfer efficiency compared pristine PANI. Further, scan rate confirmed quasi-reversible diffusion controlled electrochemical kinetics reaction. differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) outcomes evidenced higher sensitivity wide linear range (1 μM −13 mM), lower limit (144 nM) enhanced selectivity. blood sample pre post dialysis patients ensured that our prepared Fe2O3/PANI-1 exhibited recovery percentage (91.9%) Bland-Altman plot statistical bias laid within 95% confidence interval (CI). glomerular filtration (GFR) index calculated from Modification Diet Renal Disease (MDRD) equation experimental results values have been validated commercial Jafee’s overall Fe2O3/PANI modified electrode has selectivity target molecule without aid any bio receptors binders real time quantification accuracy.
