摘要: Introduction Basal-cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common form of skin cancer. Incidence BCC rising rapidly worldwide associated with a significant increase in health care costs. Various treatment options are available for patients diagnosed ranging from surgery, electrodessication, radiation, photodynamic therapy to non-invasive therapeutic approaches. Traditionally being used aromatherapy, based on abundance highly volatile, aromatic compounds, frankincense essential oil prepared by hydrodistillation Boswellia sacra gum resins, also possesses anti-cancer activity that can potentially provide non-surgical and option topical application. This case report discusses management using (Boswellia sacra) oil. Case We present male patient, two foci (arm chest) BCC, treated local application several times day, period 20 weeks. Biopsies were performed before after treatment. Pathological study demonstrated total resolution arm substantial chest Significant apoptotic cells was observed residual chest. Topical did not cause redness, swelling, erosion, crusts, vesicles, squamae, itching, tingling, or any other systemic side effects this patient. Conclusion Local may nonsurgical alternative, no minimal effect situ, minimally invasive pre-cancerous conditions such as actinic keratosis. A larger number both squamous-cell required confirm our current findings.
