摘要: In this article, I discuss focal interconnections between family and work. First, outline the ways in which labor market participation is stratified by statuses, depending on marital status, presence, age of children, from an international lens. Second, how work roles may interact negatively, resulting what scholars refer to as ‘work – conflict.’ recent literature conflict, including key definitions prevalence rates cross-culturally, well health, family, work-related antecedents consequences modern-day stressor.
