摘要: Haemolysin A of Escherichia coli and listeriolysin Listeria monocytogenes represent important bacterial virulence factors. While such cytolysins are usually the reason for morbidity even mortality, vaccine researchers have turned haemolysin into tools delivery. Both found widespread application in research highly suitable elicitation cell-mediated immunity. In this paper, we will review delivery mediated by secretion system highlight their use vaccination approaches against protozoan parasites.
