摘要: The topical anesthetic formulation of the present invention is typically a solution that preferably includes lidocaine, USP as active ingredient with benzyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol. This deals problems commonly associated application local anesthetics such as: slow onset action; need for occlusion; messiness creams, ointments or gels; rapid loss effect due to systemic dispersion. permits enhanced penetration thereby allows lesser total dosage pharmaceutically ingredient. use also decreases toxicity.
