Optimization of the ${\rm BaCeO}_{3}$ Concentration in YBCO Films Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition

摘要: A series of studies has been carried out on thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) from micro-grained targets YBa2Cu3O7-x (YBCO) to determine the effect doping them with BaCeO3 (BCO) in concentrations between 0-10 wt%. BCO found increase Jc e.g. melt-textured and bulk samples, but no systematic study PLD performed. Magnetometric measurements up 8 T down 10 K as well structural XRD AFM were increased highest 's achieved low dopant levels (2% 4%), which varied according external field temperature. Tc decreased when concentration was increased, similarly BaZrO3 (BZO) doped films. However, growth process be different BZO and, furthermore, an interesting where YBCO twin structure is altered around 6 wt% BCO. The results a comparison properties increasing level optimally BZO-doped are presented.
