摘要: When exploiting groundwater, it is common to have problems with wells since maintenance activities can interrupt not only the production of water but also its distribution. Planning a challenge that involves multiple agents, several criteria, and subjective variables. Therefore, this paper proposes decision model based on multicriteria approach prioritize actions in groundwater supply system. The proposed considers different points view has three phases. first phase consists understanding problem acquiring data. Next, there learning process, during which Strategic Options Development Analysis (SODA), structuring method, applied. third uses Elimination et Choix Traduisant la Realite (Elimination Choice Translating Reality, “ELECTRE III”) method evaluate problem. To determine criteria weights, Simos’ Procedure used. shown established management priorities assist making decisions. Efficiency was demonstrated by applying Brazilian town, where seen yield greater benefits both company society than does current practice.
