【This study was conducted to examine the effects of lumbar stabilization exercise (LSE) on fall prevention in elderly females (n = 21) by measuring changes isometric strength, multifidus, transverse abdominis muscle thickness, and posture stability index. The strength contraction measured 3-D system ; thickness multifidus were using Sonoace index a computerized Biodex SD apparatus analysis. These results lead us conclusion that flexion extension, left rotation contraction, (when released) statically increased. Overall, anterior/posterior medial/lateral elements decreased, Consequently, LSE should prevent falls females.】
