摘要: Methods and systems are provided for making a drug microtablet. The method includes loading lyophilization capillary channel with liquid solution; lyophilizing the solution in to produce lyophilized formulation; compressing formulation channel, or compression form microtablet; ejecting microtablet from channel. methods may provide microtablets having improved content uniformity reduced weight variability.
