摘要: Multicast media notifications are provided when unicast encoders unavailable to serve endpoints that send a communication session request call control device. When the device receives from an endpoint, determination is made as whether any one of plurality available for request. it determined none available, endpoint connected multicast encoder presents notification endpoint.
