摘要: Abstract The pyridoxal phosphate contents of several enzymes have been compared both by fluorometry and absorption spectrophotometry the phenylhydrazone, give results in good agreement. fluorometric method is as rapid simple spectrophotometric addition about sensitive best biological assay methods. characteristic excitation emission spectra also permit qualitative identification coenzyme.
