摘要: Read error in a flash memory destroys data that is not requested to be read, and an efficient read disturb check method therefore needed. In addition, may destroyed beyond repair by correction before run. A non-volatile storage apparatus including plurality of cells controller, which the controller configured to: count how many times processing has been executed within management area; when counted for first area exceeds threshold, code are stored decode code; write corrected decoding other areas than area.
