摘要: Abstract The production of neopterin is closely correlated with activation cell-mediated immunity. increased concentrations appear to be produced by human macrophages specifically stimulated gamma-interferon. As Helmut Wachter and colleagues review here, studies reveal that preactivation immunity associated poor prognosis in cancer patients. In addition, immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, levels increase parallel progressive disease, are inversely CD4 + /CD8 T-cell subset ratios predictive significance.
