摘要: We present the results obtained from detailed timing and spectral studies of Be/X-ray binary pulsar KS 1947+300 during its 2013 giant outburst. used data Suzaku observations at two epochs i.e. on October 22 (close to peak outburst) November 22. X-ray pulsations $\sim$18.81 s were clearly detected in light curves both observations. Pulse periods estimated outburst showed that was spinning up. The pulse profile found be single-peaked up $\sim$10 keV beyond which a sharp followed by dip-like feature appeared hard X-rays. has been observed $\sim$70 keV. 1-110 broad-band spectroscopy revealed best-fit model comprised partially absorbed Negative Positive power law with EXponential cutoff (NPEX) continuum along blackbody component for soft excess Gaussian functions 6.4 6.7 emission lines. Both lines identified as neutral He-like iron atom. To fit spectra, we included previously reported cyclotron absorption line 12.2 From spin-up rate, magnetic field $\sim$1.2$\times$10$^{12}$ G comparable detection feature. Pulse-phase resolved pulsating nature phase flux. This confirms accretion column and/or stream are most probable regions pulsar's emission. presence may possible reason not observing dip
