摘要: Abstract The current–voltage characteristics of a famous guest–host liquid crystal system have been investigated under dark and laser illumination conditions. Dependency current modulation with respect to concentration power gives some optimization possibilities estimations on the reorientation mechanisms crystals. character pure E7 is almost unchanged pumping, while fullerene dye doping are enhancing effects in their individual collective usage. negative resistance effect was observed for certain concentrations C 60 , this peculiarity shown be switched illumination. mobility doped LC samples calculated by transient measurements its dependency investigated. It evaluated that methyl red critical parameter photoconductivity applications
