摘要: Development of cambium and its activity is important for our knowledge the mechanism secondary growth. Arabidopsis thaliana emerges as a good model plant such kind study. Thus, this paper reports on cellular events taking place in interfascicular regions inflorescence stems A. thaliana, leading to development from differentiated parenchyma cells (IPC). These are follows: appearance auxin accumulation, PIN1 gene expression, polar protein localization basal plasma membrane periclinal divisions. Distribution was observed be higher differentiating into cells compared within pith cortex. Expression IPC always preceded by accumulation. Basal already established prior their division. initiated adjacent vascular bundles successively extended that point towards middle region area, located between neighboring bundles. The final consequence which closure cambial ring stem. Changes chemical composition walls were also detected included changes pectic epitopes, xyloglucans (XG) extensins rich hydroxyproline (HRGPs). In summary, results presented describe ontogenesis terms successive Arabidopsis.
