摘要: Abstract Mannanases are ubiquitous enzymes and being explored for diverse industrial applications. In this study, a novel bacterial strain Microbacterium sp. CIAB417 was identified characterized extracellular production of mannanase. found to produce maximum mannanase after 36 h incubation at 37 °C. Mannanase produced by the isolate observed activity optimum pH 6 temperature 50 °C. Crude be capable producing mannooligosachharides (MOS) hydrolyzing hemicellulose from locust bean gum Aloe vera. The MOS mixture mannobiose mannohexose units. also decolorization dyes. Bromophenol blue coomassie R-250 were decolorized extent 45.40 42.75%, respectively. Hence, could great significance applications in food textile industry.
