摘要: Three distinct proteins, actin (42,000 daltons), the principal form of fibroblast 10 nm filament protein (55,000 and a with molecular weight 52,000 pI 5.8 were detected in nonionic detergent-insoluble cytoskeletal preparations control BHK21/C13 line 9 hamster fibroblasts.
