摘要: Abstract This paper deals with performance analysis of disintegration polymethylmethacrylate using pulsating liquids jet different density frequency 20 kHz condition monitoring. The influence the liquid on cutting depth was studied by contactless measurement device MicroProf, FRT. depths were compared to studies that used a continuous water assess volume flow reduction. On-line for controlling process without compromising structural integrity neighbouring materials. With rate 0.54 l/min, maximum 1.3 mm and material removal 0.4 mm3 obtained physiological saline 1.1 mm 0.2 mm3 water. Continuous jets required approximately 1.0 l/min reach similar depths. Hence, enhances capacity reduced rate. Signal strength individual pressures 7–10 MPa is not significant, but signal increases during significant bone cement removal. results open new avenues research minimally invasive non-thermal technique on-line controlled processes medical purposes.
